Collection

At the moment, repairs and orders are handled by collection and local drop-off by arrangement in the Newtownards, Northern Ireland area. When your device or order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time and place. Please bring your job reference or proof of purchase when collecting.

Local drop-off

For customers nearby, we can often arrange to drop your device back to you locally. We will confirm any arrangement and timing with you directly.

Postal delivery

We are introducing a postal delivery option for products and selected services. Where delivery is available, the cost and estimated timescale will be confirmed and agreed with you before you pay, and shown on your order. Until then, please contact us if you would like an item posted and we will let you know what we can do.

Risk in goods (responsibility for loss or damage) passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, take physical possession of them — on collection, or on delivery for posted orders.

Problems with delivery

If a posted item arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please tell us promptly and we will put it right in line with your rights under our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation policy.
