For my first 5 website clients I'm waiving the upfront build fee and charging just £25/month for the first year — for a basic single or multi-page site with your own CMS and standard pages. After the first year it moves to the standard rate (from £35/month). Advanced extras like online booking or a shop are optional add-ons.

Two ways to pay, your choice: pay monthly with nothing up front (a little more each month), or pay a one-off build fee for a lower monthly cost. Either way the site is fully managed and you can switch later — I'll talk you through which suits you.

Not at all — that's my job. I handle the design, the build, the domain, the email and the hosting. You just tell me about your business and review it along the way.

You do. The domain is registered in your name and the site is yours. I host and maintain it for you, but you're never locked in.

Yes — every site comes with an easy dashboard so you can edit text, add photos and manage products yourself. Prefer me to handle changes? Just send them over and I'll sort it.
